Abstrak | The aim of this study was to describe institutionalization process of remuneration BLU and the implications for organizational change in Polkesma. This study used a qualitative approach with case study model under post-positivist paradigm. To analyze the organizational changes that occur in Polkesma in implementing remuneration BLU, used Institutional Theory. The results of this study indicate that the insistence and legal rules binding and enforced by the Central Government in the implementation of the remuneration BLU describe Institutional isomorphism symptoms that are coercive. In addition, the learning outcomes from other BLU unit who have applied remuneration BLU supported by the cooperation between the Drafting Team Remuneration BLU Polkesma with Assistance Team Remuneration from PPK BLU and Consultant Remuneration in the process of implementing remuneration BLU also described the symptoms of institutional isomorphism that are mimetic and normative.
